HOT ON TV
Okay, so the Netflix series Dear White People is not like the other productions which are regularly blogged about here. Oh no, this one makes many a little uncomfortable, feel a little vulnerable and maybe a little apprehensive; I mean, did you miss the title of the series?
[WHISPERS] In case you did, it’s Dear White People.
The series which follows a group consisting mainly of African-American college kids of a prestigious fictional Ivy League school is not only an enjoyable series to watch from my #Totally unbiased perspective, but it is also a show which is unquestionably a fan or viewer favorite worldwide.
The writing team is the best thing about the series. I am continuously amazed at how well-thought-out the story-lines are and how well constructed each sentence uttered by each portrayer is. It consistently is just an outstanding team which deserves multiple accolades.
Though I am truly full of praise for how great the third and latest season of the show is, I am worried about the future of the show (solely based on the latest season). I feel like the slight deviation was a course which may simply bore some viewers putting the show at risk of cancellation.
VIEWING TIP: Binge-watching the show (all seasons or just one at a time), is the best choice, perfect fit for the Netflix service.

HOTTER:
The MTV VMAs 2019 event was held in New Jersey a few weeks ago and was hosted by that guy who most millennials are allegedly not familiar with.
Wait, the VMAs had a host?
But it felt like they didn’t.
Considering all the hype around Sebastian Maniscalco as the 2019 host of the ceremony earlier on this year, the VMAs and its A-list showbiz stars still succeeded at overshadowing the poor guy throughout the evening.
I, at many times during the telecast, wondered why he was even present, why he was hired and if award shows like the VMAs still need hosts or comedians who drop one or two lines during ad breaks. *hides*
The Teen Choice Awards 2019 which aired on FOX were a cool teenage get together. The show’s producers’ decision to host the ceremony at an outdoor location was genius. I like how innovative award shows producers and their teams are these days. I mean imagine having to put up with or being limited by the Microsoft Theatre, the Dolby Theatre, and the Staples Center all the time, LOL.

A.I. UPDATE:
Will the producers of ABC’s American Idol (A.I.) modify or do away with the live shows stage for the upcoming season 17/3?
I hope they do because that little thing they have installed needs a little work done on it before something crumbles, yes – I don’t trust them, LOL.
As for the finale, I have one request: please let it be as spectacular as the A.I. finales which aired on FOX, please.

Do you guys still remember the highly provocative Showtime series Queer as Folk which aired in the early 2000s?
It was truly a sad day in 2005 when the series aired its final episode of a show which I feel was ahead of its time. I am glad a reboot is coming in 2020.

What a mess BREXIT has turned out to be! At this point, I am fully understanding of David Cameron's decision to resign as Prime Minister back when the majority of the United Kingdom's citizens voted to leave the European Union in June of 2016.
So much of the U.K.'s resources have been wasted and the issue has become a migraine which could potentially endanger the U.K.'s stability.
